Home Run Physio operates out of a premium allied health warehouse in Richmond, Melbourne — shared with Evolutio Sports Physio and Ciclo Melbourne. Established 2013, the studio attracts high-performance athletes and active professionals.
Our subcontractor model keeps things clean: you run your own business, see your own clients, carry your own insurance. We provide the building, the equipment, and the environment. You look after your patients.

At typical patient volumes, subcontractors take home approximately $500–$800 per half day after room hire fees. These rates reflect the premium end of Richmond market pricing.
Book sessions as needed. No long-term commitment, no minimum hours. Ideal for testing the space or running occasional clinics.
Minimum six-month weekly arrangement, confirmed in your licence agreement. Best fit for practitioners building a consistent caseload from a stable base.

All subcontractors enter into a written room licence agreement — not a lease. The agreement specifies your scheduled hours, included and excluded items, cancellation notice requirements, and confirms your status as an independent contractor.
You're required to hold your own professional indemnity and public liability insurance prior to commencing. You may not operate under Home Run's or Evolutio's insurance cover.
Current and valid AHPRA registration must be verified before your first session. Please have your registration details ready when you enquire.
Room fees are payable regardless of patient attendance. A minimum 48-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged. Any billing or claiming through DVA, WorkCover, or TAC must be conducted under your own provider number — we have no involvement in your billing arrangements.
Room rental income is subject to GST. We recommend you account for this when planning your fee structure. Please consult your accountant or financial adviser for advice specific to your situation.
